Alfatherm s.p.a is an Italian company and founded in 1963 in Venegono Superiore (Va) and has 3 factories in Varese province with a 40,000 tons calandered film capacity per year.

Thanks to a well-organised sales network, 60% of the sales are performed overseas.

Alfatherm foils are used in a wide range of applications: furniture, food packaging, stationery, shrink labels (sleeves), wine cups, adhesive labels. Furthermore advertising printed foils and adhesive tapes.

Alfatherm is ISO9001 certified and has the BRC certification for the food packaging production.

Our goal is to provide sheets and calendered rigid, semi – rigid and flexible films in order to suit different applications.

The laboratories at Alfatherm are to support the technical-commercial staff and are committed to carry out a service to our customers in implementing and adapting our products to fulfill their projects in the product development and in the quality control methods to reach the full customer satisfaction.

Thanks to our pilot equipment, we perform tests to evaluate these new products from the physical, chemical and aesthetic point of view, following the major international and national regulations, by providing, if necessary, specific methods of assessment tailored to the needs of our customers.
